South Yorks Fire and Rescue
I was appointed to lead the design of the online presence for South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue, covering both the public-facing website and the internal intranet, including frontend design and overall user experience.
The first phase involved working closely with SYFR to map out user journeys and develop wireframes for both platforms. This was a detailed and critical process, ensuring that every department within the service was accurately represented and easily accessible.
With the foundations in place, the focus shifted to refining the visual design and ensuring a high standard of accessibility. As a public-facing organisation, it was essential that the platforms were inclusive, intuitive, and easy to navigate for all users.
